Best Pizza in Town…..and out.

On the recommendation of a random Joe Citizen, I stopped into Brother’s Pizza on the corner of Pooler Parkway and Pine Barrn Road. Genuflect before you go in, this place is off the hook excellent. There is a nearly limitless menu. But that’s not what I went for. I’d been looking for a pizza that, wasn’t too thick, not too thin. Not too much cheese or sauce. And crispy but not hard. I wanted NewYork style Pizza. Until I met the family at Brother’s, I hadn’t had that good of a slice for 15 years.

They typically have slices during lunch hours. But honestly, why deny yourself the satisfaction of of the full pie. I had a giant slice of pepperoni and hamburger and another giant slice of cheese with a coke. I usually know when I open the door what to expect when I go into a restuarant. Brother’s Pizza FAR exceeded my expectations. Cool people perfect location. Parking was easy.
